Hi
I'm looking for an online stockist of Irish foods such as Kimberley biscuits, Taytos, Barry's Tea etc - all I can find is a place called youririshshop.com which is great but has a mininum order of £30 - more than I'd like to spend.
Any ideas? It's for a Christmas hamper for my parents.
Thanks
xx

My local ASDA has a small Irish section of food next to the Polish section! Not a big selection but might be worth a look.0

Brilliant - thanks! Just found a few bits on Asda online so I'll definitely pop down to my local one and have a look at the weekend.0

HTHThe shinbone is a device for finding furniture in a dark room.:TBig thanks to all competition posters:T0 -
Some tescos also have Irish foods- I have a packet of kimberlys sitting in my kitchen trying to tempt me to eat them!0

My local budgens store sells Taytos & kimberly biscuit as well as chef sauce, galtee chees and white/black pudding.
Also morrisons often have an irish section - we can get club orange, cidona, barry's tea and other assorted stuff there.0 -
While you're all thinking about Kimberly's... does anyone know where you can get chocolate ones? I'm a sucker for em.0

As someone mentioend earlier, I know Tesco's somethimes sells Irish brands such as Galtee (though I've never seen the cheese there)
As for the Taytos, there are TWO companies using the name; one Northern Ireland company that does a lot of the corn snack type of things (I think they do the Simpsons snacks), the other from the Republic to whose Cheese & Onion crisps I am addicted, but I've never seen them over here. That said, apparently they are sold under the brand name Kings, so if you see them somewhere, they should be the same thing!
I don't know where you are lillian, but Dunnes have branches in the UK - it might be worth checking to see if they will deliver!
Au Res.,
Paul (who has helpful parents who bring stuff over from time to time!)0 -
