lol @ me waiting for this thread to start so i can feel all motivated!

    Today i will/have

    -Online banking checking everything (done)
-Did my payment a day (done
    )

-put a big jumper on rather than put heating on (done)
-Wrapping two ebay parcels and posting them off

-Making spag bol for tea and all ingredients are already in, adding some naan breads to make it more filling so no pudding needed
-Making a conscious effort to get back on track with my daily clicks,,
-Having a look at competition threads not that ive had any luck
-check cashbacks to see if any great deals

    - must add tho i have to take dd shopping this afternoon after school for some wellies and a tracksuit for her school trip but will go to the cheapest place possible and her dad has said he may cross my palm with silver on wednesday so its only a part time payment

Bit of a bad weekend - we had a good supermarket shop, spending about £30 less than we would usually do due to strict trolley observatin and list following (apart from some chocolate which magically found its way to the checkout, thank you MR 999), and thenwent out for some old style firework fun for free by the river. But we were standing in the wrong place and couldn't see very much so ended up in Ping Pong spending exactly what we'd just spent on our weekly shop on one blowout meal! It was nice though and introduced our three year old to the joys of dim sum. He wasn't impressed :rotfl:

BUT: today I have brought my packed lunch with me
    Made DH's packed lunch
Will be at the free gym at lunchtime instead of going out doing pointless spendy stuff
  • can I count Saturday for today ? I needed 5 juniper berries for a new recipe I was trying out for DH's birthday so I went to local 'green' grocers and bought just 5 for 1p instead of buying a whole jar in Mr T's for £1.79 :j

    Morning All :hello:
Love your signature Chunky, but what a wonderfully descriptive user name, I do hope you mean your preferred chocolate shape? :rotfl: :rotfl:

    :grinheart

The saying was quoted at David Jefferies funeral who tragicly lost his life on the isle of man TT course whilst chasing a 130mph lap.

As for the user name then it fits me perfectly. I'm Fat!!!:rotfl:

  • Hello everyone
    It's horrible here too :(
Haven't been good at lists lately, must try harder
    Today I will
    • ring bank to see why they still haven't done what I've asked them to
    • pay cheque in from elec refund when switching:j
    • chase old mortgage company to give back what they owe me after switch (it's all promised so no windfall - just need it!)
    • cook tea from meal plan - all shopped for and ready
    Getting there...slowly! :D

    GC : must do better
    NSD: very rare

No matter how slow I go I am lapping everyone on the couch.

  • Hi everyone, dull boring grey socks to match the weather here I am afraid.
    I have
    - written a list of everything i need to do this week
    - done 2 things on it already (involved phoning people chasing money, so counts)
    - I am tempted to put the list on here but doubt i will get all of it done today, so will only include stuff as I do it
    - freezing here, using one of them microwave bags to keep warm

Got loads to do while motivated so see you guys later and I will update
