  • still bleurgh out there, raining and blowy but not as bad as this morning.

Time to hit the shower and get my mop into some kind of presentable state for work tomorrow. Need to get it cut pretty soon as well as it's at the raggedy-anny-hanging around my face-but scarecrow look-'cos I keep back combing it-stage.....

  • Mad as it sounds, apparently McDonalds have a really good Management training scheme. I looked at it myself before getting this job. It's hard work but you end up with a team really quick and there are lots of chances to be promoted.

    I need the money don't I?

And my legs are v sore now-should I still run then?

Maz-sorry I missed your call-was eating my tea.
Im ok.Well, sad, frustrated you know, but ok.

The theory is you should run alternate days and do strength training on the other days....

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Eeek, relationship discussions....not really qualified at the moment......what I will say though is that 'one way traffic' (making huge amounts of effort for your partner that they never seem to notice or care about) crushes your confidence and self esteem, and can sometimes, after many years of feeling like that, lead you to very out of character behaviour. :o

    Aaaaaaanyway......enough about that!

I'm hoping I will get my tax credits thingy through this week so I can get started doing my new SOA and setting my sole accounts up how I want them.

The kids are running riot, the house is a mess, but we are all in good spirits I think (and mine's a g&t thanks).
