I have two cashback deals coming to an end this month on Orange (OSPS) and 3 (CPW). Orange bill dated 10/12, arrived a few days later online and then by post.

3 period ended 19/12 - does anyone know when 3 update their online billing and send bills out? I was looking to send off the claim before Christmas if at all possible so that I don't forget.

Many thanks

usually takes 5 or so working days for me, maybe more over x-mas. Also you won't be able to access your 3 online account when the contract ends .

Thank you - I have given notice today as it will then end the contract 21 January at the end of the 12 month period. I will have access until then and have printed off all the other bills. It is a CPW £162 cashback therefore need to be sure I get it!

Three bill appeared online yesterday. Does anyone know whether CPW will accept a print out of the bill to claim cashback or do you have to send the original that arrives through the post?

    Many thanks
