It's a frothy hot chocolate, got one of those fangly nescafe pod machines and it makes it. I got the instant stuff but I always end up with lumps in.

Pleased they replayed the Eastenders one, that was good, have had to stop the boys watching now so I can get them to sleep. Might take cuppa upstairs and watch this there, got baby laptop up there if I can't get to sleep.

On my 5th wash of the evening.

About to get my 2nd G and T of the evening.

    Swept kitchen floor.

    Wiped kitchen surfaces.

Cleared and cleaned my dining table. Then plonked piles of clean, dry washing on of which some has been relocated to drawers.

I have written myself a big list on my whiteboard of what I would like to achieve this weekend, half the problem is rememberingeverything.;)

Right off to get my well earned G and T.

    Morning

lady liberty the size of a watermelon  hope it's sorted for you asap, all the best x
pigpen it's never boring in your house is it, hugs to your DS and a pat on the back for standing up for himself....and the kitty is so cute.
johanne it sucks when friends let you down, hope you have a fabulous night anyway, without them.
Tag you're mad, but good for you anyway for biting the bullet and for taking advantage of your OH's motivation.

Been up since 6.30 so browsed the net and had a cuppa, just S&S'd the kitchen and set the DW away...TD will be filled the washer load off last night soon. I've got littleys room today  and the pc room that I didn't get round to the other day so that should keep me off the streets for a while. So glad I decided to join in with you this week cause the rest of the house is pretty good and it wouldn't have been if I hadn't joined you :j

I've already done todays list :D last year :D so YAY!

    Ok, list time

    S&S kitchen
    load DW
    load TD
    meal plan
    pc room
littleys room - double
make corned beef hash for tea - Yum!
    make my bed
WM x 20 million (all in littleys room)
    tidy/clean/hoover/mop porch - it's disgusting
    general potter & tidy/S&S

Think that'll do for today - just getting littleys room done will make me happy.

    Brew time first....
  • Morning all and hope everyone is beginning to feel better.

OK, I didn't beat Likklegibbon but why am I up so ridiculously early on a Saturday morning? I've been awake since stoopid o'clock and didn't go to bed till half past o'crikey coz I was watching C.I.N.

I came downstairs at 6.30 and found out why! The smoke alarm was beeping. :o We've got a Fire Angel in the work-in-progress study, and you need to have the light on regularly to charge it up. I don't think it's been on this week, so it was running low.

    Since then I've:

    loaded tumble dryer
    loaded washing machine
    loaded coffee pot
    loaded breadmaker
    started oven cleaning

and am sitting eating my breakfast.

Johanne - I hope you manage to take advantage of your babysitter to have some time to yourself.

Pigpen - I think that epistle sounds most reasonable! :D

Toochoosey - let me at her, I'm only up the road!:rotfl:

Lil_me - great news about Matthew.
