    I'll KICK you!!

    Morning folks

I hope you are all well.

I have a cough, and feel louzy, but I am at work ( I work on my own, so I won't give it to anyone) going to have a major tidy up of the office today, as I have been dumping things, when I no longer need them.

    Before I left home:-
    WM on
    Dishes put away
Bin emptied again and lid washed
    Cats fed twice

    Catch up later

Hugs to those that need them

 How can you lot do stuff before I've even out of bed :rotfl:

Supposed to be going to mother and toddler group this morning but Mr G is going to work for 12 and wont be home till 3am so I think I'll stay at home with him instead.

Far too much to do as usual but think I'm just going to try and get my head above water today!

I'm a bit awful ...when 'friends' swore and DD and DS copied I told mine they have been brought up to know better...it's a shame their 'friend' hasn't got a mummy who 'really' cares about them...

I still do this with mine and they're 24 and 17! DH swears and I tell him off for it, reminding him he never used to swear in front of me and 26 years (GHU ) is now excuse! I also don't let him smoke in the house - outvoted by asthmatics, because he's been giving up for the same length of time! Do you think I'm a control freak? Don't answer that. :o:rotfl:

DS's GF swears because her mother can be very foul-mouthed at times. I've told her (nicely) it's not acceptable in my house and realise it's to do with her upbringing and she has apologised. ;)

Summermoon - hugs. Hope your group helps lift your spirits, hun.

Kaz - Why did you feed cats twice?

Kicks to anyone needing motivation, and if anyone runs out of jobs, you are more than welcome to come and give me a hand! I'll even make lots of :coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee: for you.

Off to take DS to work experience. They've threatened to dress him up as Pudsey so that'll frighten the dogs off! (He's working in a dog grooming parlour/petshop with two virtually resident huskies - I want that job!)

Ok someone tell me...what is it about floors and flat surfaces in that they seem to attract clutter like a magnet attracts iron filings? I'm fed up of not being able to see half my floor, I can't use the kitchen table or the bench to sit on or about 3/4 of my worktop space.

    arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!

Actually I'd beg to differ (cos I'm an argumentative so and so :p ) .. I swear like a trooper, ordinarily, and other than DS1 (who is a total degenerate!) mine do not and never have used expletives.. I simply will not stand for it.. there is a time and a place and part of being mature enough to use such words is when they know when it is and is not acceptable! It isn't down to upbringing it is down to knowing wrong from right and maturity.
