It looks like I'd be better off trying Primus then as I'm still unsure whether I'll be staying with British Gas for fuel yet, plus I don't like the fact their phone service is owned by One-tel too!

Yes but BT Privacy consists of two parts;
1. Free Caller ID
2. Sign up to TPS

Is Primus Privacy just signing up to TPS? Or more?

primus saver option 2 just looking to switch my daughter over to primus on the uswitch site and the free evening/we calls option 2 is showing £3.99 per month Isigned up last week and it was free any ideas harryk

The online billing just states sales calls, and the guy on the phone never went into detail, other than take account number etc..... but i never thought of asking, so not sure about the caller display.

It cant be offering Caller Display,this is an exchange based service, Primus are a CPS supplier and dont offer line rental and associated add ons like caller display,call divert,call waiting etc etc.
