I've just come across a "nice looking" contract on Motorola L6 [12 Months Free] from Phones2UDirect.
Anyone got any feedback on this company? Do they have good customer services? How are they with regards to cashback??
Thanx

Beware!
read the terms of cash back carefully. It says one has to send the phone bill (cash back one) with in 14 days of invoice date which means your bill date.Normally it takes about 4 to 5 days to get the bill by post.So that means you get only about more 7 days to submit the bill.Other shops give at least 28 days to submit the bill.So look at other shops first for the mobile deals.0 -
...and sometimes Bills get lost in the post or just do not turn up. My Three bill is now over two weeks late, that in this case would mean I would miss the cashback.
Or you could be away on holiday, or just get confused about when and which bill you are supposed to be sending in.0 -
Haven't had any experience of their cashback deals so can't talk about that. However, I have signed up with a contract with them before and when the 1st phone arrived faulty (not their fault) they happily exchanged it for another mobile with no problems whatsoever.0

Read my postings to MrsMonDragon et al. Avoid Phones2UDirect like a plague if you can or if too late, read their T&C's (version 3.5 now and may change again!) with a microscope again and again. Always send your ORIGINAL invoice/bill statement from the network provider together with a letter saying you are requesting cashback for that period. ALWAYS Always post it RECORDED 1st Class. Keep all records of your papers you post and write emails to. You will need them (trust me) when you take them to Small Claims Court! I wish you all the best and hopefully you will get your money back on time vs lot of us who will need to take them to court.Totalturtle :A0
