Well done penny pincher! Southern Scouser - haven't you set a budget for pressies?

I've spent 60p on lunch. Christmas shop all done now (we'll be feeding at parents' homes over Christmas, to the advantage of my food budget!). Manage to pay for all but OH's present using ebay money. So so chuffed, best Christmas ever!

Plus, although I get my January salary paid in advance tomorrow I am still on budget for December and so won't be touching it until January. Inwardly smiling to myself whilst everyone else in the office is going "Thank goodness for payday tomorrow, January's going to be tough though". First time I've ever been able to do this!

    Merry Christmas to all!

But just remembered off out tonight for the girles xmas drink or 15 so will probably spend far too much once the booze is flowing..

    £194.00 at Tesco.
But that is me finished now, apart from some more milk I will have to get on xmas eve.
Makes me seem very extravagent when ruyareece managed to only spend £89.oo at Tesco.
Mine did include 3 xmas presents, a new set of xmas lights (half price now) and I do have guests coming on 3 days.

It is a lovely feeling knowing all the xmas shopping is done, unpacked and know I can sit here happily with a coffee.

    Happy Xmas to all
  • Going to Tesco's after work tonight so set myself around £70 on a few little presents and LOTS of Drink :) Before going to Merry Hill Shopping center tommorow on my day off ..

Xmas should be ok, apart from working Christmas day until around 5 then the drinks start flowing :D
