Cheapest way to get to London Kings Cross from Scarborough via train???

Wanting to travel on Wednesday 12th November from Scarborough to London Kings Cross. I need to be in London at 6pm-6.30pm. I am planning to return the next day on the 13th. What is the cheapest way to go about this?

You need to buy 3 separate Advance tickets, here we go;

Scarborough to York 12th 09:47 Advance single £7
York to Sheffield 12th 11:23 £4.50 Advance single £4.50
Sheffield to London St Pancras 12th 13:18 Advance single £18

and do the same back, just make sure you give yourself plenty of time to catch your train at sheffield and york
