Morning all

Today I will/have:
Cook all meals from storecupboards
Have a NSD
Check online banking
Go to work for 7 hours
Use up half dead salad vegetables for tea so they aren't wasted
Cleaned back hallway walls with vinegar and orange oil spray
Hoover through
Do two 30 degree washes each with 15mls of stardrops (it really gets your whites, white)
Do any surveys or polls that needed filling in
Receive my Asda order with free delivery
And that's all I can think of,
Enjoy your remembrance Sunday people,

Afternoon to all.
So far I have put everything of my daughters into bags in preparation for the big bedroom swap, when I have had my coffee i am going to put all her special breakable bits in a box to move, money saving? well maybe not, but while I am doing this i am not spending any money.
I have got chinchilla cage out for lady who is hopefully coming to collect this afternoon, another £10 in the kitty.
I will
- check online banking
- list some more items for ebay
- make gf chicken pie
- put jacket potatoes in the oven whilst it is on to freeze as snacks for ds
- put casserole in
- maybe bung a cake in as well if there is room/time
- File papers away
- Do ironing
My finances are work in progress.Normal veiwing will resume shortly0 -
Mrs A,
don't feel guilty about meeting up with your friend and spending money, dfw isn't about having no life at all it's all about balance and just being able to enjoy your life at the same time as being financially aware and saving in other areas.:D
halight - good luck with the no spend day:D
cassey - hope you feel better soon
painted lady - £2 for a breadmaker:T great bargain courtesy of your mum:D If I lived nearby i could do your ironing - I am a very sad person who actually finds ironing quite relaxing:o
Andan - enjoy the ms meal, sounds good to me:D
Loving all the creative dfw cooking and baking going on in this thread, where else could fatty lamb, burnt cakes and deceased veggies be turned into exciting edible meals:D
:T :T , there are a few dairylea triangles and a pepperami in fridge that are nearing use by dates - these will be finding their way into an omelette or toastie later when DD returns starving from stables;) 0 -
Should add - used a coupon out of the newspaper to get some free washing powder at Lidl, usual cost £1.89.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0

Hello everyone!
I didn't make it on yesterday. I've been feeling very reflective lately. I'm not happy with so many things. But I know I'm the only one that can change any of it. So, here's to big big changes!
I can't do a list as such for this weekend. I have been good on some things and rubbish on others. I am not terrible with my money but I could be better.
I have had a take away but we ordered less (better for purse and waist-line)
I am having friends over for dinner tonight. I've missed them.
I have spent good time with OH this weekend
I am continuing to think about my new plans and add to the new journal.
I need to get going now, have to pick up some bits and pieces for the dinner tonight.
Aldi here I come!
Have a good day everyone. I'll leave you with this...
KTjazz.
ps. I don't even own an iron...:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!
I'm back, and this time I mean business!
