oh Spuddy, you do make me laugh!!!

Sorry Buffy-I have to do something! In the past I was not happy with the way I looked, and I love to eat sooooooo

    :D

Buffy, as a fellow exercise hater, I find that for me, it has to be something I enjoy, or else I never do it. I love dancing, and have often come home after a night out unable to walk, yet I never felt it a the time.

At the moment I am starting to think I am mad for even trying to do it. It one of my goals in life so I really have to get my act together and start thinking positively

I was thinking of both...... doing the pilates one on saturdays, my walking one (20 minutes ) on some weekedays, and the dance one (10 min)on other weekdays

do you think the pilates one would be too hard?

No quite the opposite, I think pilates is small effective movements...

Where's Maz this weekend by the way!

Spud, I'll say that once I've run 3 times in a week-I just felt so positive after running, I like the feeling!

    Gemmzie-you are clever!

And Spud again, I can't WAIT for the 26th! It will be GREEEEAT!

I was, I've now hit a wall. Computers

I'm panicking about the Manchester meet too. I've bottled out of the last 3 meets, but really want to go to this one :o
