Buffy, as a fellow exercise hater, I find that for me, it has to be something I enjoy, or else I never do it. Ok I am going to buy them both.
I (sadly) want to be slim and stunning for the Manchester meet in Feb.
Have to do something, I have a picture on my ID for work and its this tiny head on these huge shoulders. I am officially a fat thirty something woman and its utterly depressing.

I'm panicking about the Manchester meet too. I've bottled out of the last 3 meets, but really want to go to this one
