Buffy, my friend did the pilates one and she said she didn't think much of it - till she got out of bed the day after and couldn't move....
I think the latin dance one looks much more fun. Depends what you are trying to achieve really. Improved cardio vascular I would go the latin one and for fat burning and more toning i would go for the pilates....in fact i have a pilates for dummies if you want to borrow it and try it out.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I was thinking of both...... doing the pilates one on saturdays, my walking one (20 minutes ) on some weekedays, and the dance one (10 min)on other weekdays
do you think the pilates one would be too hard?

Oh Buffy I had the davina one years ago and I couldn't walk for over a week I was that stiff/sore. NEVER again.
Do you know what I have just sat and eaten a 200g bar of chocolate and I don't even feel remotely sick...now that is BAD. I promised myself this morning that enough was enough and I would be back to healthy eating today....I just can't do it and stick to it and think I have a problem!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway.
