Morning!
Off to body combat in a bit...and I am definitely going this week, no ducking out of it this week..
I have just wasted a good two hours watching casualty and strictly and am now on X factor.....I am so easily distracted from performance management:rotfl:
Enjoy your run girls.....:T

Morning Sammy
hope body combat is ok this morning
I was going to try and get up and do a 10 mile run but 1) I am lazy and couldn't be bothered and 2) by knee is still not right. Anyway going to go for a power walk instead.
Not much planned today do need to finish making christmas cards with DD then I can cross that off the list.
Hope everyone has a good dayI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
