Does my ISA interest affect what I can put in next year?

If for example I had £3000 in an ISA for a full tax year and got paid about £150 interest for that year. Does that mean I can only put in £2850 for the next tax year as £150 interest will have already been added?

No, it does not affect the following year's ISA in any way."Some say the cup is half empty, while others say it is half full. However, this is skirting around the issue. The real problem is that the cup is too big."0
