This is the results of my scan which show no infections. I have also changed my email password. Apart from changing from Norton is there anything else I should be doing? Why did Norton not stop this before it went on my computer?

it is clean as you say , Nortons should catch it , but no Antivirus is 100%

this was just "belt and braces" to be sure
