BA or Virgin - flight to Los Angeles

    I have flown with both and for me it's BA that is the best by far. Virgin was a complete disappointment - rude staff that appeared totally disinterested, dirty aircraft and the legroom was appalling though I agree that all economy is pretty dire (I've never flown anything else other than economy).

    I thought the customer service, food and entertainment was very good on BA, we are doing the SFO-LAX flight next year and will be going BA again, might upgrade if we can afford it!
