Well he we go :rotfl:
I made around 15 unauthorized claims to paypal about some purchases i didn't notices, All of it was paid by my paypal balance (I know that was so stupid of me) Today i got a very horrible email saying that "you are abusing the system" one was found in my favor though! So now all them have been closed and i am out $1,000!
Gonna ring them in a second so i dont know what to do!
I asked consumer direct, who said i should complain to the first and if i don't get anywhere tell the finical obsdmon.
Any suggestions?

Consumer direct have given you good advice so my suggestion is for you to act on that advice"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

When they moved to Luxenbourg they elected to still come under the UK ombudsman service"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

MiFID is one of the signs of increasing globalisation of financial services. So the handling of cross-border complaints assumes increasing importance. For example, when PayPal relocated from the UK to Luxembourg it elected to remain covered by the ombudsman service on a voluntary basis, in order to maintain the confidence of its English-language customers throughout Europe. We launched a consultation about extending our voluntary jurisdiction to a wider range of services directed at the UK from elsewhere in Europe. And consumer information is now available on our website in 20 languages.
