Help with '3' Terms and Conditions

Options
With '3' if you're on a 18 month contract and you go down to a lower tariff after 6 months (which I think you're allowed to do), do you have to stay for another 18 months (i.e. total=24months) or only for the remaining 12 months (i.e. total=18months).

Please someone tell me.

-Roy.

I think you can change tarrifs within the contract period and it does not mean you have to extend the contract...best bet is to ring and ask, when your changing it

    Remaining 12 months only :)
  • Cool... Thanks!
  • you are only allowed to move down by one tariff at a time (by price) so if you are on say a £35 per month plan you can't move down to £20/month in one go, you have to go to £30 - £25 (don't know the exact costs involved)
