O2 Phone Delivered But Not To Me

Demand a refund, and also demand to know exactly where DHL delivered it and as someone else already said, get a copy of the signature.

My hubby had similar thing with O2 few weeks ago. They delivered the phone, but had wrong persons name on it. We rang o2 to explain had entirely wrong personal details but right address, and they would not believe they had made a mistake. We ended up telling them to 'st**f the phone and went with Virgin instead.
