This is fairly typical phishing scam. If you look at the link, it will look somewhat realistic - they tend to buy domains like "abbeyebanking.com" to try and trick people into revealing personal details.
Abbey would appreciate it if you forward this to phishing@abbey.com to try and help them crack down on this sort of crime.What would William Shatner do?0 -

Also if was your bank they would refer to you using your full name and not just Dear Abbey Customer or Dear Valued Customer .
My rule is if your really worried or even slightly aware ...ring your bank and ask them what it is about.
