I was in Boots in Glasgow today and they had loads of electrical items reduced.

Managed to pick up ionic hair straighteners reduced to £10 (usually around £24), heated eyelash curlers for £5 and a Philishave electric shaver for H for £25 (only difference between this one and the one currently retailing for around £100 is that it connects straight to the wire for chrging instead of in a cradle)

There were various makes of hair straighteners reduced to anywhere between £5 and £20 along with hairdryers, electric shavers, spray tan kits, and curling tongs for girls. Things were moving quite quickly so if you are going go soon.

    HTH someone.

Went back to Boots in Darlington again today armed with the Time Delay vouchers. Got the Nail & Hand cream, put it through at the perfume counter and the girl was rather surprised by the £0.00 balance. :D

Went back later and checked the Advantage machine to find a 50 points voucher for their own brand hair shampoo/conditioner. This is priced at £1.29 but is currently on BOGOF and went through fine so got 55 points in total. Along with using another Time Delay voucher of course. ;)

My Dad is convinced I'm going to get arrested or at least banned from Boots...

Went to my large sized local Boots today and got 2 T&Gs for £7, a free Time Delay hand cream, and used the £1 off voucher out of a different change one thing leaflet to buy 2 essential aromatherapy salt scrubs.

The salt scrubs were reduced from £3.99 to £1.99 each and were BOGOF.

In the half hour between me picking the things off the shelves and getting to the till, the offer signs for the BOGOF and the T&G 2 for £7 had been removed. Apparently the offers ended yesterday but they didn't have the man-hours to remove the signs until today.

Luckily, because I'd seen the signs I was allowed the offers.

Hence spent £7.99 (paid for with points) and got bags of goods worth £26.96

I missed out there, bought 2 T+G shampoos, but full price so put them back even though signs still up,i will try again tomorrow if sign still there!

Never mind managed to get 3 facial wipes free and 4 Rescue balms as BOGOF - lovely stuff !!
    How much ?????????!!!

Went into Boots yesterday, because my daughter needed a topup for her phone and I wanted to get the Boots points for it. Thought I'd give the Advantage Card machine a go and printed out a few vouchers. One was for the Pure bath range. Whilst looking round the clearance section I found some Pure bodywash for 99p a bottle and I'd noticed that the voucher said that only one voucher could be used on BOGOF, so I took 2 to the till. The SA checked and she said that they were on BOGOF, so I said I'd have both of them.

2 x Pure bodywash bought for 99p and 75 AC points. Also one of daughters picked up a Boots French Lavendar Bathset in the clearance section for £1.35 (no top to the box) and the SA saw a Boots sticker underneath for 67p so my daughter was well pleased. Got the topup and a couple of BOGOF Natural Collection shower gels for my daughter to put away for presents. Used 75 points for spending over £10. So got 299 points in total and above goods, all paid for with Boots vouchers from Pigsback.

Not as good as some of the bargains the rest of you are finding, but I was pleased and will check out the machine next time I go to Boots with vouchers from Pigsback. :)

  • Have Boots started giving out the £5 No. 7 voucher when you spend £10 instore? Manager said the offer was starting on the 6th. If it has I'll pop in and top up my mobile.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

although not advertised i tried the EI products for the bogof today but it didn't go through at my local store but still used AC machine 150 points voucher

Also got the Pure bath range voucher and picked up 2 body wash £1.99 on bogof & points voucher (im sure it said 100 points but seem to have received 150?)
At my local store also the EI range is no longer BOGOF, so I only bought one for £1.66 plus 150 pts from the machine.

And as snowball2 above, I also got a coupon from the machine for 100 pts on the Pure Moisture range, but I used it with a 39p bar of Pure moisture soap (not reduced, that is the regular price) and it went through!! AND I also got 150 pts instead of the 100 that the voucher says so well chuffed: spent £2.05 and got 308 pts!
Look out for the Pure moisture soap with the extra points voucher!

It's definitely started but I'm not sure you'd get one with buying top ups?

Thanks for letting me know. On the offer sheet they sent out with the coupons it doesn't mention any exclusions. Just says No. 7 voucher worth £5 when you spend £10 in store. Need to top up anyway so will give it a try and see.

  • Boo hoo Just come back but EI BOGOF offer not working, only got 1 x 150 points coupon bought 2x handwash for 3.32, T&&G shampoo offer finished charged £8.99 each (will have to take them back) but did get a free handcream (Time Delay) worth £5. Should I feel guilty about taking the shampoos back?? As I got double points, with a voucher and a £5 no7 voucher and have previously had4 lots of the T&G stuff I think that I would be being greedy......?
