This may be a silly question but having a shelf full of EI handwash - I can't use any without taking off the top - can't get the pump to work. Any pointers anyone?

You need to push the pump top bit down and turn it anti clockwise about 1/4 of a turn then it will pop up and be ready to use

I could not get on the site last night to post my wonderful Boots trip yesterday!!
Thought that I would check out the EI bath soak to see if free, had printed off two coupons fom machine. My heart sank when I noticed was charged £2.66 but thought ok still getting points. Handed over two coupons even though only bought one and you will never guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!

assistant said i'll see how many points it will let me add - came away with £40 worth of points for a £12 sale which included two time delay products which had £5 off each anyway!

How do you get the machine to print off more than one voucher?
I've been in this morning and after I printed the 150 EI voucher the option to print voucher (bottom left) disappeared.....

Also they would not use the £5 time delay voucher as appartently not starting until tomorrow (6th) Anyone else found this ???

Thanks to all with great finds, I'm now hooked on this forum........

Normaly it let you just keep pressing the print button - if not and it moves on to the next offer press the back button then print again

I used the vouchers yesterday at 4 different tills and they worked fine. I think the date of the 6th applies to something else but one get one free offer. Try another store. Hope this helps
