1.Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2.Double-click Sounds and Audio Devices.
3.Check Show volume control on the taskbar.
4.Click OK.

2.Under Pick a Task, click Undo changes to your computer with System Restore.

i cant remeber when they went off do you know any other way of doing a system restore ??0
