Duh:doh:
I think that I have had bit of 'senior' moment!
Got a 3 mobile with dialaphone cashback deal and got my first 3 month dialaphone cashback ok but think I have boobed on the 6 month one!
Contract taken out on 21st March so thought the 6th bill was the Sept one but now think should have been the August one ?
Sept one sent off but post Nov 21st (supposed to be before 9th month, but I thought that was Dec 21st!) _pale_
Will I still get my cashback?
Anyone done anything similar?
Are Dialaphone understanding about this kind of thing?
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

I am having problems getting the right bill, because Three still have not sent me the bill i need for cashback. Dialaphone are simple saying if you do not get the bill to us on time then we will not pay.

That's big bunny 3333!! they never send the bills of particular month in which cash back is due on time. But don't get confused-they charge you in advance. So attach the first two pages of bill which states the dates for monthly airtime for which you are charged. And explain it to dialaphone in the letter. Moreover the bill never appears even online for the month in which cashback is due.So u can check the 3g online billing and if no bill ask for the written explanation from 3g.0

Better get the next one in pronto AND remember to cancel 12 month contract at right time too!!!
- written in my diary now!
Have to say that as a former mobilophobe (is that a new word?)
dialaphone and 3 have been great. My phone's battery is a bit dodgy now but only need it to last till March and then I will have a new one - if I can get a brill deal like this one again - with cashback and rec. a friend I will have effectively been paid to have a mobile and 500 free mins each month! :T
cheers!

Thanks! Didn't occur to me at all! But then have only just got to grips with realising that when I hear a strangely familiar ringing tone, it is my phone!
- will check out paperwork!

Glad to hear you've had a good outcome bigmuffins!
I've got a cashback deal with dial-a-phone and can vouch that they are very organised and professional when it comes to sending out the money. I went for the deal last March too, with 500 mins and 100 texts and free motorola c975 (not a very good phone but I only got it for the minutes). I've been using it instead of our landline for the past 9 months and saved loads on our home phone bill.Sexkitten
Good things come to those who wait......... but the best will be taken by those who got there first

Snap! That was why I got it too - although usually never use all the free mins/texts!
Dialaphone have been fine - was me that was getting muddled & confused!
Am looking out for replacement deal when this runs out so if anyone knows of anything suitable (cheap, functional, easy to use!) please let me know!!
:money: Love this site - lovely people and great tips!
Thanks everyone and Martin!
