Rip Off 83332

Got ripped off big time recently by those stupid premium textback messages from 83332. They sent 65 messages (mainly overnight) which has now cost me £81 !!!!!! I'M FURIOUS. 3 (my network) can do nothing apparently.
Anyone manged to clain this sort of rip-off back??
