HI, BIT OFF TOPIC - SORRY IN ADVANCE

Just thought i'd mention that although with a blue the 'friends' (durex!! or mates - although not included) are not bad value, just thought i'd mention if your under 21 the local connections or career guidance are able to give them away free you get a card and you go in and they give you a little bag with 10 in and a little tube of lube...... My daughter told me - she's at collage, and they were informed by their tutor.

Just thougt it might help some students who read on here. Sorry for being off topic.

    Hi Yummy_mummy_cat :)

They have the Morgan pink butterfly perfume in my Boots, its not in the big perfume section but on the shelves with the Yardley, Charlie perfume, Bratz and all that kind of stuff

Its around £16 but last week it was half price on the SEL, its a nice perfume for the price, I got the blue butterfly one for £3ish a little while ago when they had the massive reductions to make room for Christmas stock.

This weeks best magazine 11/11 has a voucher for 2 pounds off rembrandt plus toothpaste at boots which may be able to be used with other vouchers for rembrandt going about.
this works..when you combine the best voucher with the mailing voucher and the coupon from the boots mag,it takes off £8 leaving 49p to pay..
but it does seem odd that one of the £4 vouchers only takes off £2...
    hth..

People under 21 (or possibly older) should be able to stock up on condoms for life with the amount that get given away for free! Doctors, family planning clinics, students unions...they're all desperate for you to take them! :T

Sorry for off topic, but it could save a lot of money (and trips to Boots!) in the long term ;)

  • Hi guys

I realise the conversation's moved on quite a lot in the last few days but a couple of reminders..

If a new thread's been started it's sometimes, but not always because we've asked for a new one so that off-topic issues and problems can be left behind on the old one. If that's the case please try not to drag those issues up on the new one.

Also, if you've had a post removed it's for a reason so please don't re-post it. To clarify, we ask people not to exchange personal details, whether you're offering or requesting for trade makes no difference - our point is that we try to discourage people from exchanging details because anyone can post on here, you're all strangers and you don't know who you may be giving your name and address to.

    Thanks for reading

    Andrea :)
