• hi, just to let these who is still looking for the Elizabeth Arden's eyeshadow from Prima, there are quite a few of them left in Bayswater boots, London( it's close to Bayswater station, but Queensway isn't that far either). When you come out the station, turn left, then just carry on walking, boots will be on the right side of the road. But do remember, don't try to buy Prima around there, as no Newsagents in that area sell them(or sold out)--I have been told by a friend, maybe this is the reason they still have some left? HTH

Cool, I'll look for that! Any idea if it is located in the health section near the pharmacy, or if it would be with the 342 Xmas gifts?

I've only seen them in the healthcare section hun, usually beside boots sleep range. HTH x

I vaguely remember the .com sale started days maybe even a week before christmas day!!! but then the delivery dates was something like 4 jan! don't know if they'll do the same again this year.
I also remember this. Definately had the Christmas sale online early as I ordered some stuff christmas eve. think it starts early as there is no way it will be delivered before christmas so rather than them not sell anything for a few days due they start the sale.

I won't get accused of pinching them or anything will I? I no longer have my receipt and that's the only thing that is putting me off.

I think I am probably a very sensitive little flower, any products cause havoc on my face. Guess I will just have to use water. Boohoo.

Reduced crisps are my favourite, I think I bagged about 25 packs of Shapers that were reduced to 10p, and managed to gobble the whole lot of up in 2 days. Go me. I love crisps. Mmmm.

Also, think other people have asked, anything bargain-licious going around that can be used with the £2 BLUE vouchery thing? I have about 10 which will all get binned if nothing special comes up.

Ah bless, you little sensitive one!

If I'm taking something back without a receipt, I either pop in the shop first and find someone to talk to about it, whilst leaving it in the car, or seek out the security guard on your way in and ask which desk is best to take it back to, so that they are aware of you before you're in the shop.

Good luck!

Thanks for posting this Minx. The problem is they have now taken away the email facility, forcing us to ring. Their email response was never great but at least it was free. Now we have to rely on a letter or a premium rate phone call.

I very rarely ever ring them now unless if the amount involved is significantly higher than the cost of the call. But I suppose that's why they have discontinued the email.

For such a big company, I think it is poor customer service not to have a email contact facility. Plus we now cannot get anything in writing any more.
The Freephone number for Boots is 0800 9150004. The options on the answerphone message also give an e-mail address: btc.cshelpdesk@boots.co.uk :p Hehe, they kept that one quiet.

Yeah you're right, the sale always seems to start the day after the last posting date. Just checked with Royal Mail and last posting date is 20th so make a note in your diaries for the 21st!!!
• After all Mrs BB went through to get it, I 'm waiting to hear what Mrs Bluebear's friend thought of her special present!
