What is your budget?? I got some Babyliss Pro 230s a couple of months ago and they were on an offer down to £40 ish (i think) from £60/£70. As far as i know they have regular offers on these and they are absolutely fab at straightening my hair, so quick and almost effortless. Thats what i would recommend hth x0 -

I think I've got nearly all my presents, just a few odds and ends to get. I bought the cards, crackers and paper in the sales in January, so I'm now starting on non-perishable food. Can't afford to have any nasty shocks when the c/c bill comes in January, so I try to spread the cost out!
I've finished and it's all wrapped tooI've actually already started on next xmas and have it all on a word document
When you're a "cash only" operation like we are you HAVE to be organised :rotfl:You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

I got the quattro razors today in Market St, Manchester if anyones been looking for them around here. They had loads of packs out and their was someone filling them up too. Their all security tagged though so cant really pay at the ss tills for them as it takes ages for someone to come and sort them out.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0

Though it was on the 3 4 2 stand, it did not go through. Was gonna query it, but had like 5 massive BOOTS bags, so did not bother. Wanted to start crying cos I didn't think I would be able to lug all the junk home. Managed though. My poor arms ache like hell! Sympathy please.
Off topic, anyone got any tips on what's hot and what't not in men's fashion. I don't understand shopping, I think I'm meant to pick up the first thing I see and buy it. Oooops.0 -

Go grab em.
I received my 3 x £1 Origin pumps. Didn't have a clue what to expect, so shouldn't really have been surprised when I opened the box and they were... ...just little pump bottle tops! I've no use for them, so will stick them out on my boot stall tomorrow, and see if there's any takers!:rotfl:0 -
Aparently purple is the big in thing this season, and also the checked lumberjack style shirts. Have a look at some of the catalogue sites as they often have key trens.
HTH xI may have lupus but it doesnt make me useless! I am a true believer in Karma, and am a typical cancerian. I have a hard outside, but am mushy on the inside.:o0 -

Personally, I'd now write to the Head of CS, telling them how the whole debacle had destroyed my faith in Boots.
Mrs BB - if you've been messed about, make sure they know in writing and ask for compo. Phone charges, wasted time, possible bank charges. All adds up. If not, go to Watchdog about their shocking service.
Yeah, I'm not ruling out doing this as no money has actually gone into my account yet, so still may have to chase them for it...I hope not but with CS you never know... I am gonna wait till Monday to see if the refund turns up in my account, if not it will be mega-whinge monday for CS and the Head of CS :rolleyes:Treasurer and Co Founder of - The Smile It Won't Hurt Club
