I agree! I hadn't noticed it at first and was showing them off to daughter and saying "Look, you can give your friends their xmas presents in style" and she said "oooh look, they all say "Boots"........ good job all their presents are FROM Boots" :rolleyes: :rotfl:

It's on each side, by the 'crease', so you wouldn't notice it straight away I suspect

My OH is buying me a bottle of Sensuous for Christmas. I've just done a virtual shopping basket on .com, consisting of a 100ml bottle (£65), plus Estee Lauder lip gloss gift set (£25) and EL holiday eyeshadow set (£20) plus free EL sample duo. Total £110 but with 3940 points back, which in bootsing logic means the lot is really costing £70.60 - the two gift sets are costing only £5.60 more than he was going to spend on the perfume anyway......

GHD IV are O/S on .com (another xmas present) and I really wanted them whilst the 1500 points are on offer - anyone know if the mini GHD's are as good? Or how they differ from the mark IV's? As long as the vouchers you've been using are legit then you've no problems there.

This all sounds to me like the sods have stitched you up cos you've complained.

Ask for a copy of the CCTV footage that shows you being intimidating and abusive.

Im back from boots, i got the s&g grab bag and the s&g smaller pink bag and a fcuk set which has a nice clutch bag in it and some bronzer and lipgloss with points. Got three of the s&g five pound set for presents. Got my oh razors which i paid for these and he is really please with them. I enjoyed shopping there the staff were really nice and it was nice to use my points. Thankyou everyone for your support, it means a lot to me.

I realise that others have given you some good advice moneysaver12, but the last thing I'd do is ask for any points in relation to 'bad' service. When I complained to CS once, I was so fed up of the attitude of a small minority of SAs in our larger store, that I specifically asked CS not to give me any extra points, and that I'd rather have a better quality of service - like good manners etc - than points. It actually had the reverse effect and I did get points added, but I'd far rather have seen an improvement in staff training than points.

If I was you, I'd draft a letter, not an email, and run it by a poster on here that you know you can trust (not in the main forum, by PM), as the less you say publicly from now on, the better it seems imho. I'm sure by what you've already posted that Boots have 'marked' your card, so catalogue everything that's happened to you in the last few months and get it down in writing whilst it's all still fresh in your memory.

I'm seriously considering writing another mail myself, about the same small minority of SAs that are guaranteed to make what should be a pleasant day's shopping into a chore. Boots might think that you're only one person, but you're also one person that can influence how others reading this forum can see how Boots and Boots CS are treating certain shoppers. And in your case, although there's only one side to it so far, it all seems pretty shabby.

But get those points spent asap.
