Hi,

I havea car on a PCP with Freeway / BOS. Because car prices have fallen I suspect that I will just hand it back to them as its probably worth less that the guaranteed future value.

I have asked them for what is acceptable in terms of fair wear and tear upon return, but they cant tell me and dont have any guide (I am sure I have seen something before which outlines what is acceptable / not)

Has anyone had any experience of returning a car to them, and if so did they flag anything that wasnt expected etc?

if they don't have something that says either what is, or what is not acceptable, do you have anything from the documentation signed at the time?

No, the only thing in the agreement when I signed it is that car must be serviced in acordance with schedule by main dealer, and a vague comment about fair wear and tear.

No damage to the car, but dont want to get a bill for something after it goes back for something I hadnt considered. Think the RAC / AA have a fair wear and tear guide so will try to get hold of that and use it I guess
