I was asked for proof from the Nationwide for a loan.
I had to send a few payslips in.
Abbey did not ask but I was a staff member.

Its not a game. Just helping you out. I suppose it takes humility to accept. The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.0 -

funny that! dont recall asking for it-
'helping' without being asked....... comes from people who think they know what's best for others......smells of superiority, methinks!!
'correcting' someone without being asked, then saying 'accept with humility'-
i can't think of anything more arrogant!stop britain from dumbing down, help make it great again!0 -

I would expect to be called on any phone number that I provided to any person, unless I specifically wrote next to the number 'please do not use this number to contact me'. This goes for any sort of agency, shop, personal friend - anyone!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
Dosser,
What do you try to achieve? You asked the same question and other similar ones already last year and you've got answers from many people that it is banks' normal practice. Answers based on people experiences and not theories. It sounds that you want to cheat and try to find a bank who gives you a significant amount of money without knowing you, without checking on you etc...0 -
If you earn a lot more than you can prove, then there’s http://www.payslipsp60.co.uk this is however fraud, but I guess if you are actually bringing home the amount of money you put on the payslips and are able to meet all the repayments, the no one gets hurt. You could end up in trouble if they find out though.0

THIS IS BLATENT FRAUD. FULL STOP.
No one gets hurt nonsense! If you are earning the money legit it will be on a proper payslip, if you're self employed put that on the application, The PROBLEM is that people put on application forms too high a figure for salary just to get a loan knowing that repayments will pose a problem.0
