This is another panel I rejoined a few months ago after success several years ago. I was supposed to receive a long black cardigan to test but it never appeared. They mentioned having some address issues so I confirmed mine, but still nothing. When the survey link arrived, I explained it still hadn't shown up, so they just took me off the survey. Seems a bit of faff with no real explanation - did they even send it?! :S

I had them take me off some years ago now for no apparent or logical reason

I was accepted for Home Panels in the middle of February but not had anything as yet. :-(
I've been on Orchard and Shopper Thoughts for some time.

Hi all,
I received a trial invitation today but when I logged on there was nothing to join.
Does tht mean it is full or is there some kind of error?
It's too late to phone so thought I would try the next best thing

That was quick I clicked on it it ten minutes after I got it!

that might not be it then but usually is the case, I have had the same thing happen in about half an hour, disappointing but just depends how much they've got to trial and who is online at the time they send the email I guess.You'll get something better next time
