Anybody else had problems with the questionnaires lately? I can start answering but after the first couple of questions, my answers do not seem to be accepted and I can't move on to the next? Just keeps saying "response required". To overcome this and complete the questionnaires I have to keep logging in and out. Very tiresome and takes ages to complete one now.
well i've only had the 1 survey lately that being the electrical but all seemed fine so not sure why its doing it to you. maybe send them an e mail

Ooops...! I didn't 'click' when invited to do the electrical survey- gave it all the "snobby" thumbs down-its-not-a-brand-I-trust-or-will-ever-use stock answer...

They did seem a little focused on a toaster- when asked what I did and did not have I said I had no toaster (I do not eat bread) yet the most of the survey was focused on the best toaster to buy. Would be annoying if I was sent a toaster- being its the one thing I would not have a use for!
mine didn't seem to focussed on anything really only maybe the slow cooker a bit as that was the last thing i brought but otherwise just general questions about what i look for when i buy

Yes I have done - but they want a "screenshot" of the problem pages and I don't know how to do that. Any ideas?

When you get the eror page up, press the prtscrn button on your keyboard - usually on top of board 3rd from right on top. Then on your email to them (which you'll need open in a separate screen) got to the main body and press Ctrl & V together or just paste it. this should give you a screen shot. If it doesn't work in an email try pasting it into a word doc and then attaching it :)

    Good luck :D

Last time I did one, they had changed it so that you had to put positive AND negative comments, whereas before it could just be one or the other.

Can be a bit pointless if you give something full marks to have to make a statement in neg

(apologies if this isn't the problem)
    Now proud Mumto3 :j
