no they don't tell you its comeing unless you get the survey is now open email before it arrives in the post. Other time they tell you is when you didn't get one.

OK well I went away for a weekend and got my first trial for Organic night cream! Unfortunately the trial sign up was closed when I went in this morning :mad:

i just had an electrical product survey anyone had this and been offered anything? its about a new range they have brought into store.

Electrical survey for me too and the new range in the survey looks nice, fingers crossed :beer:

When I asked them about it they did say that they are checking clubcards to see people that do buy electrical products from them :j

Done the electrical survey too; the only thing I don't own is a deep fat fryer, so maybe I'll get one to test :rotfl:

I too am on the "polo shirts" trial, but none arrived. I emailed to ask where they were, but no reply to date
