Anyone have the 2nd code for the value soap please? I've lost mine and have had no reply from Tesco when I emailed them just another email saying if it wasn't completed by midnight on 6th I would not be invited to participate in another trial . Their helpline only open Monday to Friday.

Just had an email from Tesco there after sending my details months and months ago asking me to update my details and they will let me know soon if i am accepted!

I had a message asking me if I wanted to trial dish washer rinse aid, then another one for night cream. I hope I get picked it will be my first ones :beer:

I too had this email and to me it sounded a bit rude so emailed them back and it seems they have a new person sending them who seems a bit overzealous so they will reword them in future!

Remember to keep the paper instuctions safe next time, means you wont have to worry about it. If you have a mobile use the calendar to remind you to do the survey and have the codes too.

I have also had an update email asking me to update on my child and pet status. Now I think it is quite funny when they already know that I don't have kids to ask me if I have suddenly acquired teenagers or even babies:eek: Plus do I have any pets who are willing to take part in trials?:rotfl: Do pets have a choice?

Yes I thought it was a bit rude, especially since I have been doing the trials for a long time now and have always been on time . Maybe this is the same person who didn't reply to the email address they tell you to contact if you do not have the code, think I might email them again :rolleyes:.
