Yes - I've tried no comments, one comment and both comments. Nothing seems to make a difference..........
However the next time I get a questionnaire in the same format - I'll try the suggestions to get a "screenshot" as well.

well he could get a clubcard by going into shop or online or maybe try your clubcard number

i'd love that my son is nearly 6 so be ideal. why dont they look at profile's they'd then see that you didn't have son of them ages eh

I am already doing the panels though so I am using my number. Also the number would probably have to belong to the same addy he signs up with. I suggested him going into the shop guess he willhave to, can you do it online.

At the mo' I am doing the organic night cream. First one smells nice and is really soft.
