Three Bill not received needed for cashback!
This is a cautionary tale, which may or may not have a happy ending.
Signed up for a great deal on Three via Dialaphone, C975 500 minutes, 100 texts and video value. In then end with all the cashbacks should be free or even in pocket.
BUT I need to send in my December bill (4th December) by the 3rd January and I still have not received it. I have ordered another copy from Three, they were really unhelpful and are charging me £5 for the service. I want the bill I will argue about the charge later, but is there any point if I only get through to a call centre in Delhi?
The bill did not appear online until the 8th December, and it would not surprise me if the problem was as much Three as Royal Mail, but what with Christmas post I may end up losing nearly £100 cashback. Anyone else had problems with Three bills this month?
I'm gong to phone Dialaphone tomorrow and see if they will accept my November bill, which is the latest I have received, but I have the feeling that I am just going to lose out.
The problem with calling is the only number I have for them is a 0870 (and I can't find any other on https://www.saynoto0870.com) and their online customer services will not accept my login details.
My Carphone Warehouse cashbacks gives me 60 days far better!

They tell you it can take 10 days from date of Bill end of month - ie -if 28th then 10 days from then?
I had a deal previously from Dial-a-phone you have a couple of months from 12th month if I remember.
Also I changed address still got the CashBack, I am sure you can download your monthly bill from their website, not sure if would have address but should have the Mobile Number and your Account Number that is what they need.

you should be able to print online bills and send them off double check though but i know that e2save.com allowyou to do that0

I wouldn't stress too much about "3" deadlines for submitting bills. From personal experience, I submitted my first cash back bill about 3 months late (misunderstood the rules) and they issued a cheque - no questions asked. Good luck!0

Yes you can print them off from the internet.
With e2save they actually prefer you to send a copy or printed one off the internet so you can keep the original.
Just make sure you do everything exactly as it says.
I wouldn't worry about it, as it normally takes a week from the actual bill date, i.e. my contract month starts on the 6th, but i dont receive my bills until the 12th or something, and they dont go online until about the 9th (all dependent on the days however).

I had a similar problem last month and I asked three to talk to dialaphone as they had refused to make any concession regarding lack of original bill. I had to pester 3 but in the end a supervisor took dialaphone on a conference call with me and asked them to accept the print out from the internet. Dialaphone will not budge so you need to make sure you get 3 to call them and take the name of the person they speak to.0

I phoned Dialaphone the person I spoke to was quite firm, you should receive your bill from Three, and post it to us special delivery. I think the only concession was that so long as I posted special delivery by the end of the year they would accept it.
I phoned up Three but they said that the new bill had been posted on the 19th but may take up to 10 working days from then to reach me. That would take me to past the date the bill is supposed to be at Dialaphone.
So it could still all work out if that bill arrives shortly but we'll see.
I'm hoping the bill will arrive, I'll complain to Three and get the £5 copy bill refunded, complain to the Post Office and get the costs of Special Delivery refunded, and I'll get my cashback.
Otherwise I'll have to try Three again, but again beware of ones who must have original bills sent within days.

Just to update copy Three Bill arrived which was just like I could print out from the Internet on plain paper. However too late to even try to get another copy from Three. Three customer service are in my experience worse than useless.
Phoned Dialaphone and was told that they could do nothing to help, I remained pollite but persisted, the person went back to their supervisor. I asked to speak to the supervisor and they refused, I asked for their name so I could make a formal complaint, and the person on the other send said hold on hear me out first.
If I faxed in the bill so long as it had my address and all my details on they would pay my cashback. So as long as this all works out, I will be a happy man.
I'll phone them tomorrow to confirm they have received the fax, and I have emailed in the same information to confirm, so hopefully I'll receive my money.
Then it will be just complain to the post office about the missing post and to Three about the useless copy bill.0
