yes their listing around 10-15 pushchairs and other baby items a day and leaving feedback the day after listings finish but this might be being sent by a auto feedback program as it all says the same. Ive just checked though all the items they have sold and though they do sell alot of quinny pushchairs mine was the only quinny freestyle 4xl they have sold. The listing said ex demo pram but it came brand new in box with all the packaging still round the wheels so im thinking they havent checked it and avoiding me because they cant replace the hood.cookiemonster25 wrote:is the seller still listing? he may be away on holiday wouls till do a charge back if he is away you can always sort it out later so hold off with the neg feedback for a week or so0 -

When you do the chargeback (remember within 30 days of payment), you can put that you would prefer the missing part to having your money back, that should help?Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
I think you have 45 days to do a chargeback, 30 days is where you get your money back if the seller doesn't claim it.0

Have they recently extended it?
Last year we got led on by a powerseller to wait 30 days (for an 'insurance claim' to be done) and then he went quiet; we found out why to our cost!
It is definitely 10 days that the seller has to respond to a chargeback once initiated.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
Have a look at this page: https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_help-ext&eloc=1595&loc=1571&unique_id=61633&source_page=_home&flow= which stats that you have 45 days to start a claim and PayPal will seek to resolve a claim within 30 days! :eek:0
