Mis-sold 3 Broadbrand / CPW!!! What to do???

A friend of mine signed up in CPW for 3 Mobile broadband, she was told that she would get 100hrs of broadband for £15 a month.
She has had her last 2mths bills and they've been around £80
I had a look at her bills and she is on the Broadband Plus £15pm 3gb 18mth contract!
According to three's website:
http://www.three.co.uk/personal/products_services_/mobile_broadband_/price_plans.omp?id=1184
this only gives her up to 30hrs a month surf time.
She feels she has been mislead by the advsor in CPW. I have contacted 3 to complain but they say I need to take it up with CPW.
What is the next stage as it is just proving to be too costly and as an 18mth contract she is pretty much stuck with it, or is she??????

It isn't an hourly restricted package - its data restricted - you only get 3GB, but it just depends what you do online as to the amount of hours .... if you're looking a very small-sized websites then that would last a lot longer than watching YouTube videos all day (which would be fairly large!).
The hourly usage stated is only a guide, not taken for what you get.0 -
yes but what I am saying is the guy sold it to her saying 100hrs of surfing.
The three website suggests 3gb is 30hrs. So CPW has mis-sold it as he suggested there is no way one would go over 100hrs.0 -
Unless the guy at CPW admits liability (which i doubt they would) then its going to be very difficult to prove. If the three website (terms & conditions) outlines 30hrs then i don't think there's much to go on.0

any other ideas gents?0

Maybe go in there again, but someone who hasn't been there before (or to a different store) and try and get the same answer out of them ... if they do, say that your friend was told that and got overcharged and was mis-sold it. Then try and take it from there.... but they will wiggle out of it by saying that the figure should be taken as a guide.0

you have no case with hours, as 3gb could be 1 hour if you download a movie. Its a guide only, its respectable that 3gb COULD be 100 hours, also it depends on your speed, 3gb could be 30 hours at one speed but 100 at another.
The usage limits would be clearly stated and that is what counts,if she was mis sold the usage limits in bandwidth you do have a case, but hours is not a valid measurement of bandwidth.0 -

Yes but she was sold the package in terms of hours. they asked her how many hours she would use a day, which she said 1-2hrs. They then said the package they advised would give much more than that.
What about transferring the contract to someone else? is this possible?0
