I'm back! been working more days and had less time at the computer for stuff like this, but now my hours have been more than halved, I need to be a bit more focussed. WIll have a bit more time here.
Sunday: Roast pork, Boulangere potatoes, veg, treacle tart & Custard
Monday: Left over pork and veg from yesterday, Left over Tart
Tuesday: Jacket potatoes
Wed: CHill and rice
Thurs: Lasagne
Friday: Egg, beans and toast
Saturday: Lentil & chickpea curry and Naan. Maybe Saag aloo if I get round to it?[SIZE=-1]"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"[/SIZE]

Monday 10th- Carrot and chickpea curry (freezer) with cous cous
Tuesday 11th- Sausage and tomato pasta with salad and garlic bread
Wednesday 12th- What looks like chilli con carne but could be 3 bean chilli from the freezer!! :rotfl:was actually tuscan bean stew!
Thursday 13th- Pesto salmon (freezer), [STRIKE]mash[/STRIKE] chips and peas
Friday 14th- JP, [STRIKE]ratatouille (freezer)[/STRIKE] cheese and beans and salad
Saturday 15th- Brother's 21st so off to a Mongolian restaurant!
Sunday 16th-[STRIKE] Roasted chicken pieces (freezer)[/STRIKE] persian chicken in SC [STRIKE]and veg[/STRIKE] cous cous
