Hope all goes well in hospital PP!
Here' s my plan: (all veg and potatoes home-grown)
thur - courgette, sundried tomato and basil fritatta, new potatoes & salad
fri - split pea pizza (new recipe, haven't made this before!)
sat - organic veal chops ardennaise, brussels sprouts
sun - mix-mash of potatoes & kale with smoked sausage
mon - pumpkin & seafood curry
tues - layered black pudding recipe and red cabbage
wed - roast vegetables, brown rice & cheese sauce
thur - pasta bake with lemony meatballs in tomato sauce

Wednesday - Macaroni Cheese
Thursday - Omelette
Friday - Corned Beef Hash

Mon - tuna hash (LO mash fried with tuna, chilli and red pepper) with winter salad (grated carrot/cabbage/iceburg/pepper)
Tues - braised steak in red wine (slow cooker) with celariac mash
Wed - LO braised steak with puff pastry top
Thurs - chicken (thighs), leek and mushroom lasagne. (with some black pudding thrown in for japes)
Fri - cauliflower dhal
Sat - smoked salmon carbonara (using basics trimmings)
Sun - roast chicken (from the freezer; to be used for at least two more meals next week)0 -

Monday - HM Soup
Tuesday - Mince/meatballs/ sthg with mince
Wednesday - egg, bacon, mushrooms, hm wedges and prob a fried slice for hubby

Today Sausage Toad, Roast Pots, Broccoli, Carrots
Saturday Seafood Fest- Have lobster, mussels, prawns all need using up. Salad
Sunday Roast Pork and the works
Monday Meatballs and Pasta. Salad
Tuesday Hunters Chicken, HM Wedges or Roasted Veg Couscous
Weds Pizza, Jackets whatever. Quick night as OH has to be out by 6.30
Thursday Sausage Casserole in Yorkies, with mash
All I need to buy are some milk, eggs, bacon, potatoes and fresh veg/salad/fruit
Breakfast Cooked for OH/DSS, Porridge for me
Lunches Mixture of sandwiches, wraps, couscous salad, pasta salad, fruit
I even have the week after ready to a point.
