Living out of the freezer for most of the week -I got 2 lots of stewing beef from Mr T's bargain shelf a couple of weeks ago and froze it immediately. We have burgers left from our trip to the farm shop - I don't like burgers usully, but these are more like minced steak patties (YUM). Got some nice ham from the bargain shelf last night and froze it - will use to replace the one I'll get out to go with the jacket spuds on Monday.

Wishing you the very best of luck at hospital PP.

Beginning of a new shopping month for me, so can make some different meals. A lot of our meals are very heavily meat based which is not my fave, but husband insists on :(. He is away weds and thurs nights so we tend to go veggie then.

    Fri - Curry, naan, rice

    Sat - Chilli, hm salsa

    Sun- Lamb ragu puttanesca

Mon - Spicy Roast chicken, sweet potatoes, salad

Tues - Hunters chicken, mash, brocolli

Weds - Taking kids out for pizza if son has a good report

    Thurs - Macaroni cheese

Looked at making some chocolate brownies, then saw how many calories are in them and decided not to! Need to get my thinking/baking cap on.

    Have a great week
