  • Has anybody been offered a retention deal with vodafone for the Blackberry?

Just wondering if existing customers are confined to the same deals as new customers.

My contract is up this month and I'm hoping to wangle it for a good price, don't really are about minutes/txts, just free phone and good line rental.

Iv got a Nokia with a black and white screen, no camera, no internet. It does do two realy cool things though.

It rings people when you press the green button and cuts them off when you press the red button.

    Does it for me......

    I've got a car, 4 wheels.......does it for me

Its got plenty going for it - particularly windows.

Update: Expected in stores on Saturday - tested successfully
    Surely that's a down-side? ;)

I don't think there will be much if not any negotiation similar to the current upgrade policy with o2 and the iphone.

...but we have been reliably informed by an insider at o2, that will be changing soon!

I've been following the same o2 thread but still nothing, not even a carrot with the iphone. Maybe the launch of the Storm may lead to better things, we'll all have to wait and see but I've got just over 2 weeks to decide what I'm going to do.
