Ripping = Taking from cd Normally into Mp3,Mp4 ,AAC or Wav file format
Burning = Putting on a cd/dvd Can be as mp3 files 200+ songs(wont play on normal cd) or can burn Mp3s to play as normal cd(about 20 songs)
Freeware
Mp3 cddoctor (Will burn Mp3s as a normal CD)
Winamp (will rip to aac version in freeware and label songs from internet source)
Free M4a to MP3 Converter(will changeMP4,AAC to Mp3)
Your Mp3 player should show up as a drive(my computor)Open it and find where the mp3s are on it thats where yours should go(you may have to enable view all files in Folder options find them in control panel)
Rip music to aac file using winamp(pay attenion to where its going to put them)If your online it will probably name them for you.
Convert files using free m4a(your mp3 player may play them anyways so this may not be needed)
Now Right click your new spanish files select Copy or Cut ,Goto your mp3 players music folder then paste it will put a them there. If you copy it will leave the originals in postion on your hardrive if you select cut it will take them.
When selecting multiple files with mouse holding contol will allow you to pick various ones, pressing shift will allow you to select all between first and second mouseclick.Alternativly hold left mouse button and drag a box around alll you want.

thank you for all your help but I have no idea on this earth what an aac file is. I think I will have to give up. i do not understand winamp either but i do think i have it on here. i understand when i get them on the pc how to get on the mp3 but all the rest is double dutch to me, it was asking did i want to sync it??????? and some letters msca or something I am lost. Think I will get the kid we give lunch to twice a week to do it for me it's better than him singing for his supper. He comes because we live across the street from the school and he gets to pocket 3 quid twice a week. Thank you all for trying to help but I think I am a hopeless cause here. I am baffled with all these acronyms and initials. Taffy0

Hi sorry but I have no idea what an Ma4 is clueless. I do not have a single thing on mp3 to put on cds but I do have cds that I want to put on an mp3 so that I can walk around with the blooming thing plugged in and it is nice and small. I also tried to put some audio poetry from the net on the blooming thing today and I could not do that either. I think I will just have to give up and realise that I am a senior and it is all over my head. Taffy0

don't give up!
start by inserting your cd and pressing selecting rip on windows media player. you should then see percentage bars running along each track in order. it will say something like "converting media" or "ripping to library".
ensure your mp3 is connected to the pc and is "seen" by the media player - if you have a synch button available it should be fine.
if you select the synch button this will synchronise your mo3 player with the windows media player that you can see - this will automatically copy the media from windows unto your player.0
