Rusty, it's you who can't sleep now - posting at 5:52AM  My OH got up to leave for Manchester at 5AM and I rolled over and went back to sleep ;)

Hope your little one is much better :j

Hahahaha! I was wondering if you would pick up on that ;) ... OH gets up for work at 5am so I got up with him, waved him off at half past 5 then sat with a cuppa catching up ... just after I posted that I started the ironing ;)

Little one is fantastic now thankyou, the antibiotics are working a treat, last day on them tomorrow :D

Oh Rusty, you're putting me to shame, my ironing has been sitting looking at me all day and all I've got round to doing is getting the ironing board out of the cupboard. Really need to do it or we'll have no clothes to wear

Great news about your DD :j

rainmac - thanks................I must admit I was very tempted to keep it all for myself and give her something else...............lol

katie - that room is like a shop window..............:rotfl: you have been busy

rusty - glad your daughter is getting better now

OH remembered my scratchcards so I've just had to empty out all my pots of gold (well, only 4 really) and re-arrange them....................lol Now they've got the ribbon on and a label they look a bit more like a pressie.

Tomorrow I'm going to re-do grandaughters hamper the same as sons girlfriend I think -then she won't know what she's getting till christmas day.

Once thats done there's just stuff to sort out for my two friends -who's having what.........ex foster daughters is done but think I want to add a few bits to that. then I'll be finished.

For OH I've got him a book suitable for 'grumpy' folk and I've sent off for a brochure for Worthing. My other son lives there and we haven't been for ages - his flats very small so we have to stay in b & b and its a bit expensive - but I've promised myself I will go next year.and it's my christmas pressie to OH.............not very exotic I know but we do like it there and it'll be good to see my son and meet his new girlfriend. Not going till next summer so gives us time to save up a bit.

samm - think we cross posted...............love the hampers - you've done a lot more than me this afternoon...............lol
    Mary

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !
