    I was checking my current Bank Account online and noticed that this month's DD payment to British Gas had gone up from £59 a month to £80 - yet I am £200 in credit! According to their FAQ', all increases in DD would be at the top of the bill but when I checked this, there was nothing!

    I have just switched suppliers and gone to Eon for dual fuel - I hope they run things better than BG!!
