Vodafone End Of Contract Charges
I recently left Vodafone...I used my PAC code on the 7th October, but an Invoice I had on 10th October from them bills from 1st October to 31st October...Is this normal that they charge the full month after you leave?
I think my contract ended on the 7th October anyway and my new contract with another netwok ported my number on this date
Cheers

"Think" means it's impossible to answer your question. Otherwise it would be easy. If it DID they shouldn't have charged you for a full month. However, your vagueness suggests you may no have given them written notice to cancel - in which case the contract will run on until you do, although the PAC code may complicate that.0

If you gave the other network your PAC on 7th Oct, would I be right in saying that your number did not actually transfer to the new network until at least the 9th? (as a port takes 2 working days).
Was the bill in question dated the 10th or did you recieve it on the 10th? If you recieved it on the 10th then it was probably just produced before the port took place, and as your line had not yet cancelled you were billed a normal month. You will get a final bill which will refund you for anything you were overcharged.
You should not need to also give formal written notice to cancel if you use your PAC as when the number transfers your old contract is automatically cancelled.I accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.0
