Bottles of milk at bedtime?

When would you draw the line? When is it time to stop the bedtime bottle?

My 3-year-old still gets a cup of milk before bed, and very occasionally a hot chocolate. But I always brush his teeth afterwards.

As for toddler cups in general, I found the Vital Baby brand to be the best (and I tried loads). These let air in as they suck, so they can drink continuously without creating a vacuum, and don't spill much if they get knocked over. But my boy has been able to cope with a normal cup for ages now, so it's not an issue any more.
