Barclays - Reserve/Had Enough

I took great pleasure in accompaning my o/h to close their Barclays current account today, because of the personal reserve, we had asked them to remove it in branch about 3 month's ago and despite waiting and watching a member of staff cancel it on their computer, it was never removed!:mad:

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A CHARGE AND EVERYONE STILL BANKING WITH BARCLAYS, NEEDS TO REJECT THEIR STEALTH APPROACH TO CHARGING AND CHANGEbankACCOUNTS ASAP!
